My biggest issue is medical records. There's a lot of confusion within the system. And I filled out all my paperwork prior to the appointment. Yet, none of it seemed to be there.

Dr. Mladsi has been my doctor for two or three years now. I'm very satisfied with him and all good numbers for him. Thank you.

Dr Mladsi is very through with his examinations. He explains everything in great detail. I only wish I could see him at a closer facility. I drive 90 miles one way to see him for my needs.I only see physicians who are the best in their profession. He comes highly recommended by other physicians.

Dr. Mladsi and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. Meeting a new doctor can be intimidating, but I felt completely at ease the entire visit. I hadn't kept up with seeing a cardiologist like I should have and so I was nervous about what the appointment would be like. There was no judgement from Dr. Mladsi though. We discussed my history and it was nice that he had all my information at his fingertips. I'm very grateful that my PCP recommended him to me.

Dr Mladsi was very attentive. Shared test results with me and commented on their significance.

Dr. Thomas Mladsi is constantly attentive, conversational and translating medical terminology so I have a complete understanding of test results. Additionally, we discussed prescriptions and my forthcoming return to pulmonary rehab.

Staff at this site are always great, but especially so on this date.

I think the long wait was due to the office being understaffed. Otherwise my experience was truly excellent. Everyone communicates very well and I felt I had their full attention and respect.

This facility is friendly, efficient, clean and runs pretty much on time. You know you wont sit around for hours waiting your turn.

Dr. Mladsi was very engaging and asked me questions about my health since last years appointment! He told me what tests he is going to ask me to do next year 2025! I like his explanations regarding any of my questions!

Other than the heavy traffic along Maple Road, my experience was better than expected. Did not have to wait long to be seen. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I saw that the TV had a note as to not turning it on. It said something like ORDER of Corewell Health. What is the issue with having a TV on an appropriate channel while waiting for your appt. or for your family member? I found the ORDER rather harsh.

Dr. Mladsi remebers conversations we've had from previous visits. My nephew passed away this year, and Dr. Mladsi remembered that he had liver cancer from my visit last year. That tells me about his character and compassion. You could use more physicians of his caliber.

Dr. Mladsi is the best. We love that Dr. Mladsi actually sits down, looks us in the eye and listens to what are saying or asking. He makes us feel as if we are his only patients that day, even tho we know that is most definitely not so. Everyone in the office is absolutely the greatest, and I mean that with all of my heart.

I was wondering why the tv was not allowed to be on, it would have been nice to watch some tv before you went in to see the doctor, helps to take your mind off of your worries

I go to this office because of the Dr and staff not because it is in the Beaumont system. Beaumont/ Core health is going down hill and treating their employees disrespectfully. The higher ups only care about making money for them but not the workers who do the job right

I appreciate the fact that doctor Mladsi always takes the time to educate me about things. He also truly listens to my thoughts and concerns and treats me like a partner when determining my treatment.

Dr. Mladsi is my favorite doctors. He cares about me more than my PCP He guided me to get a Hemotolgist after my falls. The two of those doctors work well together. They truly want me to be careful so I won't fall again. So at this point they have taken me off the blood thinner Eliquist. I am a little nervous about being off the medication. I will try it! I just don't want to get another PE or DVT. Even though it has been [...] years since then. Pray that being off the blood thinners will be good for me. Maybe no more eposide s off PE & DVT without blood thinners. It is true I looked really bad after my fall in [...]. He was one of the first doctors to see me after my bad fall. I had major contussion on the left side of body mainly facial. It just happened his appt was already scheduled. right after my major fall. Also everyone in office is very friendly & helpful Thank you Dr. Mladsi

I continue to be impressed by Dr. Mladsi, particularly by his consideration of not only my heart issues, but also other health concerns that may impact my heart. He gives his full attention to what I have to say (and my many questions) and never rushes me.

This was my very first visit at Dr Mladsi office, I was very nervous at the start, but the friendliness and the awesome experience I had starting from the receptionist to meeting with the Dr was a great experience! I was most impressed that Dr, Mladsi listened to me, was not in a rush! Nice to know that there are still DRs like him still out there !

Yeah. I was very disappointed that it took 7 months to get an appointment to see Dr. Mladsi.

Yes, I don't think there could be any improvements. Everything was perfect, very gracious, kind, considerate, polite. The office is clean, and I was done in a timely matter. So I don't know what else you could do to improve any of that.

It appears to be a friendly atmosphere. The front receptionist was super nice. When a patient comes in a little apprehensive a smile and a little conversation goes a long way.

Front office administration or receptionist workers needs to be more people friendly, warm to patients. Doctor or assistant needs to call patient if blood pressure is high after leaving office for concern. Should not wait for next returned appointment.

The doctor did a great service. He ask some very helpful questions, he provided some information that was very helpful and I am most impressed with his knowledge base and the manner in which he approaches his patients and specifically the matter which he proved approaches me. He's an outstanding doctor and I'm pleased to have his service.
